Became a Legacy
Gold Mine began in 1989 with the vision of founder Durgesh Kotal. After leaving India in search of greater opportunities for his family, he made his way to Jamaica and began working in the fine jewelry and watch industry in Montego Bay.
His ambition soon brought him to Ocho Rios, where the dream of building a business of his own began to take shape. What started as a humble pursuit would grow into a family legacy spanning generations.
